I had a disappointing experience with AlisCar. The advertised prices seem enticing, but once at the desk, I faced countless hidden fees that weren't communicated upfront. The customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond to my queries. Additionally, the vehicle I received was in poor condition, far from what I expected. Overall, it felt more like a hassle than a treat—definitely not the convenient service I hoped for during my trip to the Canarias.

My vehicle was not ready upon arrival, causing significant delays. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, which added to my frustration. Additionally, despite promises of no hidden costs, I found several charges I wasn't informed about. This was not the smooth and clear service I expected, and I won’t be renting from them again.
