I ordered a pair of shoes for an important event, but they never arrived on the expected date. I reached out for help, but the customer service was unresponsive and frustratingly slow. After several days, I finally got tracking information, but the parcel was stuck in transit. I missed the event, and the whole experience was incredibly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them.
