I had high hopes for NOVUS Glass, but my experience was disappointing. The repairs took longer than promised, and there were miscommunications about the insurance process. While the staff were friendly, the execution fell short of expectations. I expected better service based on their guarantees, but I left unsatisfied.

I recently visited NOVUS Glass for a windscreen replacement, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. Although the staff were friendly, the service was disappointingly slow and disorganized. I was promised a quick turnaround, but I ended up waiting much longer than expected. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of communication regarding my insurance claim, which only added to my frustration. While I appreciate their intentions, I won't be returning based on this experience.
