I was disappointed with Lights of Amsterdam. While they tout exceptional craftsmanship, my experience was quite the opposite. The lamp I received was poorly assembled, and the customer service hours are inconvenient. It feels more like an upscale facade than genuine quality. I expected much more for the price.
