I had high hopes for Raymond James based on their promises of personalized wealth management, but my experience was disappointing. The advisors seemed more interested in pushing their own products rather than truly understanding my financial goals. Communication was often lacking, and I left meetings feeling confused rather than empowered. Additionally, their online tools were cumbersome and not user-friendly. Overall, I expected a more attentive and tailored approach given their reputation, but I was let down.
