I found Online Incasso to be frustrating and unhelpful. The interface is confusing and the claimed simplicity doesn't match the reality. Additionally, the customer service was lacking when I needed assistance.

I found Online Incasso to be less effective than advertised. The process took longer than the promised five minutes, and the interface was not as user-friendly as expected. While they claim to simplify debt collection, I experienced unnecessary complications and a lack of support when needed. Additionally, the fixed pricing model seems attractive, but it ultimately didn’t deliver value for my specific situation. I won't be using this service again.

Despite the allure of low fixed fees, the service felt impersonal and lacked effective communication. The automated reminders often felt too aggressive, jeopardizing client relationships. Overall, I expected a smoother process but ended up frustrated and unsatisfied with the whole experience.
