I had high hopes for the S1S electric scooter based on its promotions, but my experience has been disappointing. The scooter feels flimsy and underpowered, making it difficult to ride smoothly on uneven surfaces. Customer support was unresponsive when I inquired about a defect, which is concerning given the warranty. While fast shipping sounds appealing, it didn't compensate for the scooter's poor performance. Overall, it seems like a cheap product lacking in both quality and service.
