I was excited to try the NewJet Double stroller, but I was deeply disappointed. The design feels bulkier than advertised, and it's challenging to maneuver, especially in tight spaces. The claim of "effortless travel" is far from reality—the stroller is heavy and awkward to fold. Moreover, customer service was unhelpful when I inquired about the warranty. For the price, I expected much better quality and functionality. Save your money and look elsewhere!
