The items I received felt overpriced for their quality, and the uniqueness touted on their site didn’t shine through upon delivery. Moreover, the customer service was lacking; my inquiries went unanswered for days, which is frustrating for a brand that claims to be "friendly." Overall, I found the shopping experience underwhelming, and I’m unlikely to return or recommend it to others.
