I had a disappointing experience with Eurobank. The customer service was unresponsive and often frustrating to deal with. Their online banking features felt outdated and cumbersome, making it difficult to access my accounts. Additionally, the fees associated with their services seemed high compared to competitors. I expected a more seamless and user-friendly experience, especially for a digital-first banking service. Overall, I would not recommend Eurobank based on my experience and am considering other banking options.
