I had high hopes for L'Arte Pelle's leather products given their claims of quality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The leather felt stiff and lacked the luxurious touch I expected. The stitching on my shift knob cover was uneven, giving it a cheap appearance. Additionally, customer service was unresponsive, leaving me frustrated. While they promise handmade Italian quality, my product fell short of those standards. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re looking for true luxury.
