I was really disappointed with my experience at Sam's Club online. I couldn't access the site due to my browser not being supported, which was frustrating. Upgrading my browser felt unnecessary for a simple shopping trip, and I found the whole process confusing. The lack of compatibility with commonly used browsers made me feel like the site is not user-friendly. I expected better from a retailer of this size. Unfortunately, I left without being able to complete my purchase.
