I was excited to try RingCentral after seeing the promotional discount, but my experience has been disappointing. The AI features promised to streamline communication but often overcomplicate simple tasks. I found the interface clunky and not user-friendly, making it difficult to engage effectively with customers. Additionally, the customer support was lacking; I waited far too long for responses. While they boast impressive stats, the actual service fell short of expectations. With so many other options out there, I can't recommend RingCentral for reliable communication solutions.
